Not next year. Not "when the time is right." This year. Starting June 28th.
I'm Steve Wright. I'm a business coach, and I've run this 12-week program six times. The seventh time, The Pudding Year, is different. The price is crazy. The coaching isn't.

I wanted to do something that matched the moment. So I set a goal inside my own program, the same one I run with clients, to take her to Paris for her birthday. I wanted us to stand on top of the Eiffel Tower on the day.
That was the goal. Clear. Explicit. Tangible.
What I didn't expect was what the process unlocked along the way. As I worked through the discrete steps; planning, sequencing, building toward the objective, Rome appeared as an option for a second city visit. Not as a distraction. Not as scope creep. As a natural extension of the goal itself.
We went to both cities in ten days. My mum stood on top of the Eiffel Tower on her 80th birthday.
Rome was the icing.
That's what a well-set goal does. It doesn't constrain you... it creates options. And the options that show up tend to make the original goal even better.

You're the type of person who sets big goals, starts strong, then watches them dissolve into the daily grind.
Not because you're weak, but because you're using the wrong approach.

Most people try to change their entire year. We compress transformation into 12 focused weeks.
TThree Problems We Solve:
⦿ Scattered Focus → Laser Periodization
⦿ Weak Belief Systems → Unshakeable Confidence
⦿ Solo Struggle → Cohort Momentum

I'm currently on my sixth consecutive 12-week year. While others are still waiting for January, I'm finishing another complete cycle. That's what this program does — it gives you back the urgency that long timelines quietly steal.

Excavate your buried vision. What got buried under "doing" and reconnect with your original "why."
Align who you are with who you need to become. Close the gap between current self and future self.
This is where most people stall. We dismantle limiting beliefs and build unshakeable conviction.
With vision clear, identity aligned, and belief solid, execution becomes natural.
We focus on consistent action, measuring progress, and completing the cycle strong.

- Transform limiting beliefs in real-time
- Shared platform for synch/asynch working
- Direct access throughout the program
- You keep these skills for life

You're a good fit for the Pudding Year if:
◦ You have a goal that's been sitting on the shelf. Something real, something you actually want
◦ You're willing to be honest about what's been blocking you
◦ You can commit to showing up for 12 weeks
◦ You're a business owner, entrepreneur, or someone with skin in the game of your own outcomes
This isn't for you if
- You're looking for a course to passively consume
- You're not ready to name a concrete, measurable goal
- You want someone to motivate you from the outside without doing the inner work
Next cohort starts Sunday 28th June 2026
"Small groups create big transformations. When everyone matters, everyone shows up..."

"I have total confidence in our program and in you. Only engage if you're ready to achieve your outcomes in weeks instead of months.
Make sure your commitment to this program is worth at least double the investment - only YOU can determine what this is worth to you."
This Program Replaces:
⦿ Years of incomplete goal cycles
⦿ Expensive individual coaching
⦿ Time wasted on scattered efforts
⦿ The cost of another incomplete year

Not calendar years - 12-week years. While others set New Year's resolutions, I'm starting my third set of annual goals since January.
IT professional, Tony Robbins trainer, podcaster, father. I've navigated divorce, visa workers, businesses built from scratch, and the kind of life that gives you no shortage of things to figure out. What I've learned: the problem is rarely the goal. It's the timeline and the belief system underneath it.
I'm Steve Wright, and I've learned the hard way: the problem isn't your goals, it's your timeline.
I've now completed six consecutive cycles using this exact methodology.
MYIM isn't a theory — it's what I actually do.

I've been through the journey - IT professional, Tony Robbins trainer, Podcaster, raising daughters as a U.S. visa worker, navigating divorce while building a business. Life hits hard, but we can influence what it means and how we show up.
I work with ambitious professionals tired of incomplete goal cycles. My approach blends athletic periodization with belief work - because strategy without the right beliefs is just sophisticated procrastination.

We understand there's lots to take in. Reserve your call to get them answered.
This doesn't add to your schedule — it focuses what's already there. Most people find they save time by eliminating the scattered actions that weren't moving anything.
Three things: athletic periodization principles applied to your life and business, integrated belief work (not just strategy), and a true cohort experience where everyone knows everyone. We're not teaching goal-setting — we're creating goal-completers.
The methodology is yours for life. Even if you don't complete everything, you'll finish the cycle with a system that works — and three more cycles available in the same calendar year.
I know the feeling. Life has a way of tweaking us along our journey. You're not doing this alone and we equip you with tools for life.
Sessions run in US eastern time (EST/CST). Cohort call times will be confirmed on booking — we work around the group.
